Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist end users with Epicor-related software and train users of varying technical skills.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Maintain documentation and report software bugs or enhancement requests.
• Interpret needs for Product Owner team and support new feature development.
• Perform data conversion tasks and support ERP applications across plants.
