Job summary

UFP Industries seeks an Epicor Business Systems Analyst II to collaborate across departments, researching and developing processes that create efficiencies through Epicor ERP.

Under the general direction of the BA Manager, you will translate user needs into Epicor configurations, train users, implement enhancements, and maintain thorough documentation and reporting.

Travel is approximately 15 weeks per year with a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of advanced experience with Epicor business systems and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or information systems.
• Experience interacting with multiple departments and levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Epicor configuration and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist end users with daily use of Epicor applications.
• Train users with varying levels of technical skills on Epicor tools.
• Analyze business processes to identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Implement process changes by gathering requirements and mapping to Epicor features.
• Maintain documentation and support ongoing system issues across the company.
