Job summary

UFP Grandview, LLC is seeking an Epicor Business Systems Analyst II to partner with departments across the company to optimize processes using Epicor. You will research, document requirements, and implement improvements while supporting users and providing training.

The role requires 3–5 years of Epicor experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Travel is approximately 15 weeks per year and a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Epicor business systems and processes experience.
• Experience with UFP's organization and culture preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power BI.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or super-user with Epicor.
• Strong cross-department communication and collaboration.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and identify improvements.
• Travel approximately 15 weeks per year.
• Salary pay range: $65,000–$75,000 dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist end users with daily Epicor usage with minimal help.
• Train users of varying technical skills to utilize Epicor applications.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Implement process changes by gathering requirements and interpreting changes.
• Maintain user needs within applications by reporting bugs and requesting enhancements.
• Interpret needs to Product Owner team for new feature development.
• Update documentation for business processes and solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues across company-wide software.
• Implement and support new software solutions and processes.
• Complete branch startup and data conversion tasks as assigned.
• Assist in conversion of acquired plants to Epicor ERP.
