Job summary

K9 Recruitment seeks a hands-on Epicor Administrator to own the day-to-day Epicor ERP operations for its U.S. business while supporting site IT.

The role spans ERP security, user provisioning, and hardware setup, with an Azure-oriented migration to a segregated instance. You'll work with a Germany-based corporate IT function across time zones.

Qualifications

Hands-on Epicor administration including user access and permissions.
Working knowledge of ERP security concepts like roles and segregation of duties.
Strong troubleshooting and ability to own site IT/ERP responsibilities.
Clear communicator with shop-floor and corporate stakeholders.
Located within driving distance of the site or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Manage Epicor user access, provisioning, and de-provisioning.
Administer security groups, roles, and permissions with least-privilege controls.
Maintain system configuration, company/site setup, and master data.
Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with Epicor support and partners.
Support patching, upgrades, and environment refreshes.
Assist with creating segregated Epicor instance (Azure-focused) and migration prep.
Coordinate cloning, test/UAT environments, and post-migration validation.
Set up endpoints including laptops; provide general IT support.
Work with international corporate IT and local vendors.
