Job summary

Capstone Energy+ is seeking a Financial Information Systems Manager to lead the Epicor ERP implementation, owning data mapping, process alignment, and configuration across Finance and Operations. This on-site role, based in Van Nuys, CA, requires deep accounting knowledge and ERP deployment experience.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and a successful go-live, while guiding change management and end-user training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP implementation, financial systems management, or related role.
• Direct experience with Epicor ERP (E10, Kinetic) strongly preferred; comparable ERP experience accepted.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations with finance/ERP data interplay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state discovery and data mapping across GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, inventory, and reporting.
• Lead Epicor implementation execution and phase milestones.
• Oversee system configuration across Finance and operations modules and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and vendors.
• Manage data migration planning, extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover.
• Own change management, user training, and go-live readiness.
