Job summary
Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Senior ERP Administrator & Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize its Epicor ERP environment with a focus on Epicor Kinetic. The role combines technical ERP administration with business systems analysis to improve data quality, reporting, controls, and user adoption across multiple sites.
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Platforms, you will own day-to-day Epicor delivery, stabilize the environment, and partner with stakeholders in Operations,
Qualifications
- Hands-on Epicor ERP administration and business systems analysis.
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic and related configuration tools (BAQs, BPMs, Application Studio, DMT, SSRS).
- Knowledge of SOX/CMMC/compliance considerations in ERP environments.
- Strong problem solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Administer, support, monitor, and improve Epicor ERP environment (Kinetic focus).
- Provide advanced functional/technical support for Epicor users and site teams.
- Translate requirements into practical Epicor configurations and workflows.
- Develop runbooks, recovery procedures, and user-adoption materials.
- Support Epicor upgrades, patches, and post-release stabilization.
