Job summary

Adastra is seeking an experienced Epicor CMS Administrator to own the day-to-day health and optimization of the ERP environment. You will work closely with business users to drive process improvements and enable data-driven decisions while enjoying the flexibility of a remote role with occasional travel.

You will administer Epicor CMS, support core modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales Order, Financial), develop SQL-based reports and dashboards, and coordinate upgrades and

Qualifications

3+ years of Epicor CMS administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales Order and Financial modules.
Experience developing SQL queries, reports, and dashboards.
Experience supporting Epicor CMS upgrades, implementations or integrations is preferred.
Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and support the Epicor CMS environment, including users, security, and system configuration.
Support Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales Order, and Financial modules.
Troubleshoot ERP issues, provide end user support, and deliver user training.
Develop SQL based reports and dashboards to support business operations.
Support Epicor CMS enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and continuous process improvements.
