K9 Recruitment is seeking an Epicor Systems Developer in Massachusetts to support, enhance, and expand our ERP system within an enterprise manufacturing landscape. You will analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure compliance for aerospace, defense, and life sciences sectors.

With 2-3 years of hands-on ERP experience, you will customize Epicor components, develop APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient ERP workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with manufacturing ERP systems, preferably Epicor ERP.
• Proficiency in ERP development tools and languages (e.g., C#, SQL, BAQ, BPM, SSRS).
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ERP solutions integrated with the ERP platform.
• Customize Epicor components to improve workflows and user experience.
• Establish ERP coding standards and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and interfaces.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation of system functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices across ERP projects.
• Design and implement API integrations between ERP systems and other applications.
• Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate adoption.
