University of Utah is seeking a Director of Operations for the Impact & Prosperity Epicenter on campus. The role oversees front desk, resident experience, housekeeping, security, maintenance, marketing, finances, and residential programming to ensure operational excellence and a high-quality experience for students, professionals, and visitors.

The position reports to the Epicenter Executive Committee and collaborates with Housing and Dining Programs, Office of Residence Life, IT, Facilities,

Qualifications

• Equivalency: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
• Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) +12 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 10 years of directly related work experience.
• Location: Campus.
• Pay Rate Range: $105,000 - $165,000.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk hospitality manager fostering a culture of operational excellence and guest-centered service.
• Coordinate residence safety inspections and establish emergency procedures.
• Lead outreach and recruitment and provide occupancy reports to Epicenter Executive Team.
