Job summary

The University of Miami Information Technology & Systems Department is seeking a full-time Epic Analyst for EpicCare Inpatient/ASAP. The role supports end-users, collaborates with stakeholders, and optimizes configuration, function, and access of EpicCare modules.

You will participate in testing, build changes, and on-call rotations, contributing to workflow improvements in clinical settings. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years in healthcare IT with Epic certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Epic ClinDoc, Orders, and ASAP certifications required.
• At least 2 years of Epic build experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support contact for application end-users.
• Identify issues and resolve them.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain the application.
• Support all phases of testing and document workflow design.
• Analyze IT in clinical work processes and validate impacts to workflow.
• Provide day-to-day application support and resolve service tickets.
