Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Epic Inpatient Analyst based in the United States to support inpatient order entry, provider documentation, and infection control modules within an enterprise EHR environment. This remote role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians, nurses, and IT teams to translate clinical needs into effective configurations and workflows.

The position focuses on optimizing workflows, testing configurations, and ensuring regulatory and infection control reporting needs are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in clinical informatics, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent healthcare IT experience.
• Epic certification required upon hire or within 9 months.
• Experience with inpatient order entry, provider documentation, infection control apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary user support for Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation, and Infection Control modules.
• Analyze clinical workflows and configure systems to improve usability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues across integrated systems and coordinate with technical teams.
• Lead workflow design, testing, and documentation for medium to high complexity implementations.
• Support order management and downstream workflows within EHR systems.
