CTG is seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Analyst - Pharmacy to support and optimize pharmacy technology across the healthcare organization. You will work with pharmacists, technicians, clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to ensure applications support patient care, medication management, regulatory compliance, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of pharmacy workflows and hands‑on experience with healthcare applications, with Epic Willow experience

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting healthcare applications in hospital or health system environments.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, medication‑use processes, and clinical operations.
• Experience supporting or integrating third‑party pharmacy applications, including dispensing systems and medication management platforms.
• Experience gathering requirements, workflow analysis, system testing, troubleshooting, and end‑user support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of pharmacy applications and related technologies.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and operational teams to assess business needs and develop technology solutions.
• Configure, test, implement, and troubleshoot pharmacy application enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Support medication management workflows, order verification, dispensing processes, clinical decision support, and pharmacy operations.
• Work with third‑party pharmacy vendors and applications to ensure seamless interoperability and system performance.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, conversions, and workflow redesign initiatives.
• Create and execute test scripts, document results, and validate application functionality.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents, system issues, and user‑reported concerns.
• Develop training materials and provide end‑user support and education.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, project managers, vendors, and clinical stakeholders on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, privacy, and patient safety requirements.
