Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3 years progressive experience in an Information Technology related field.
• EPIC/Specified Application Certification(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Researches and implements enhancements or software configuration to meet requirements.
• Provides data or application expertise for projects and key initiatives.
• Collaborates with end users and information services to develop approved solutions.
• Builds problem-solving partnerships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Identifies resolutions to complex questions from end users in a timely, professional manner.
