OCHIN, Inc. is a nonprofit health care innovator delivering learning support for Epic go-lives and ongoing member training across a nationwide network.

The Epic Onsite Learning Consultant will design curricula, deliver live and virtual sessions, assess learning outcomes, and coordinate go-live activities for new members while traveling up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with electronic health records (EHR) software, EPIC strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with EPIC is strongly preferred with a preference for 2-5 years supporting Ambulatory and Acute Care clinical setting.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, customer service and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences preferred.
• Experience working with or within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Acute Care Healthcare Centers preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80% nationally to support new member Go Lives.
• Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50-60‑minute competency assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the design, development and implementation of Learning Experience curricula, including multi‑day bootcamps, full and part day webinars, and autodidactic curricula.
• Work intensively with health center teams participating in assigned projects to refine their Learning/Training Team implement best practice concepts.
• Design, develop, and implement member assessments/consults around Learning/Training performance and evaluate needs to identify opportunities for improvements and possible solutions.
• Lead in the coordination of member consultations, including planning meeting logistics, communicating with members, preparing content for meetings, and coordinating follow‑up.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer‑satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
