Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced system-level support for multi-user clinical or financial applications, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance and end user support.
• Lead and participate in project planning with milestones and defined goals.
• Collaborate with IS, clinical and operational departments to meet project objectives.
• Promote excellent customer service and effective communication across teams.
• Educate and train users on current applications and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects with varying complexity and deadlines.
