Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to design, build, implement, and support the Willow Ambulatory application for retail and outpatient pharmacy operations in a complex healthcare setting.

You will partner with Retail Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Leadership, Revenue Cycle, and IT to ensure efficient medication workflows, system stability, and accurate pharmacy throughput in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or equivalent IT-enabled experience.
• Epic Willow certification is required.
• Experience supporting retail or ambulatory pharmacy workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, implement, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory functionality for retail and outpatient pharmacy workflows.
• Analyze pharmacy workflows and translate operational needs into Epic configuration for efficiency and scalability.
• Support the full retail medication lifecycle including prescription intake, dispensing, charging, inventory visibility, and POS integrations.
• Perform routine system maintenance, resolve incidents, and implement enhancements in a production environment.
