Job summary

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to support optimization, build, implementation, and ongoing enhancement across a complex healthcare environment.

The role collaborates with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to gather requirements, configure the Willow Ambulatory module, troubleshoot issues, and deliver documentation and training to ensure successful end-user adoption.

Qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification is required.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Epic solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare provider experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
