Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED and extensive Epic build, implementation and support experience.
7+ years progressive experience in Information Services or healthcare operations.
Experience with large-scale implementations and project management.
EPIC Certification plus one additional primary or secondary EPIC Certification.
Strong communication and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Leads identification of optimal technical solutions and ensures system integration.
Develops and manages work plans for analysis, testing, upgrades and enhancements.
Oversees configuration, implementation, and maintenance across environments.
Analyzes workflows to improve processes and resolve operational issues.
Authors specifications and documentation; designs advanced test scenarios.
Contributes to technology standards and best practices.
Provides input on resource estimation and ensures timely delivery.
Triages on-call/DR/BC and manages risks to protect project integrity.
