Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years Direct Epic build, implementation and support experience.
• 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services or combination of Information Services and healthcare experience.
• EPIC Certification plus one additional Primary or Secondary EPIC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads identification and implementation of optimal technical solutions for complex business challenges across systems.
• Develops and manages work plans for analysis and testing of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
• Oversees configuration, implementation, and maintenance of technical requirements across all environments.
• Authors specifications and documentation, designs advanced test scenarios, and ensures system performance.
