Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking an Application Administrator I to design, configure, and optimize Epic-based applications across departments. You will liaison with end users, vendors, and IT educators to coordinate upgrades and support. This role focuses on EpicCare Everywhere integration and improving application performance.

Hybrid remote work is allowed with a requirement to reside in MN or WI. Candidates should have EPIC experience and a relevant IT or healthcare background, plus strong

Qualifications

• Required certification/associate degree or 3 years of related application use with business or health care work experience.
• Prefer bachelor’s degree in information technology, health care or related field.
• Care Everywhere or EpicCare Link experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional IT experience with EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Designs and configures vendor-purchased and NMHC applications as a primary area of expertise.
• Acts as liaison with department super users, vendors, and education staff regarding upgrades and service requests.
• Maintains and supports the application system environment in collaboration with IT teams.
