Job summary

The University of Chicago Medicine seeks an Informatics Application Educator for its IT Clinical Applications team in Hyde Park. You will deliver high-quality training for clinical and non-clinical end-users on Epic and other systems, developing curricula and materials, and providing go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications or experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develops role-based training curriculum for multiple applications.
• Designs and maintains instructional materials like quick guides and eLearning modules.
• Keeps current with system changes to ensure thorough application knowledge.
• Provides upgrade training and end-user support.
• Delivers classroom and on-the-job training and manages training logistics.
• Manages training environments, go-live support, and post-training follow-up.
• Collaborates across teams and communicates clearly with diverse audiences.
