Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Information Services, Nursing, Healthcare) or applicable certifications/work experience in training or healthcare.
• Must possess knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic PC issues.

Responsibilities

• Develops role-based training curriculum using a variety of software programs, tools, and applications.
• Designs and maintains instructional materials (tip sheets, quick start guides, eLearning modules, manuals).
• Remains current with system changes to ensure thorough knowledge of the application(s).
• Provides upgrade training and support for applications.
• Conducts classroom and on-the-job training for end-users; prepares environments and materials.
