Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a skilled training specialist to support Epic-related implementation and ongoing education for healthcare staff. You will deliver onboarding, go-live support, and continuous improvement strategies for new departments and providers.

Ideal candidates have Epic experience, RN/CMA/RMA credentials preferred, and a background in adult learning with strong communication. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in designing and delivering healthcare training programs.
Ability to identify education needs and optimize training approaches.
Familiarity with physician practice operations and regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

Deliver onboarding, training, go-live support, and continuous improvement for new departments and providers.
Develop and deploy training materials using a variety of methods to ensure comprehension and performance.
Collaborate with teams to deliver effective training and support at all organizational levels.
Lead development and delivery of training presentations and resources.
Assess staff training needs and coordinate multi-project education initiatives.
