The role requires Epic certifications, project management experience, and strong communication. You will mentor teams, monitor risks, and coordinate activities across internal and client teams.

Qualifications

• Epic certification required
• Project management experience preferred
• PMP strongly preferred
• Two years Epic work experience after certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Mentoring and guiding others

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients
• Guide project teams in Epic build strategies and workflows
• Mentor client teams on project management and system build
• Track and document risks and issues; monitor progress with leadership
• Lead meetings on project status and coordinate work products
• Interact directly with Epic end users to optimize workflows
