Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Epic Consultant to provide consulting services on Epic-related projects for Nordic clients in a leadership or training capacity.

The role requires an Epic certification (Bugsy) and at least 2 years of Epic experience, with PMP preferred for leadership tracks. Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills are essential, and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Epic work experience.
• At least 1 current Epic certification (Bugsy).
• Project management experience preferred.
• PMP strongly preferred for leadership roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to multitask and manage multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Mentor client project teams in project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze and document workflows and optimization opportunities.
• Work with project leadership on documentation and facilitation.
• Interact directly with Epic end users and monitor workflows.
• Lead meetings on project status and deliverables.
• Carry out duties as defined in the client statement of work.
• Represent the company at corporate functions when invited.
