Job summary

Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive Epic-related engagements.

You will provide analyst, project management, or training support, applying Epic expertise to client system builds and workflows, while mentoring client teams and coordinating project activities. Responsibilities include problem identification and resolution, risk tracking, documentation, and direct collaboration with Epic end users and project leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Epic experience.
• At least 1 current Epic certification (ECSA, ECSM).

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Mentor client project teams in project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze and document workflows.
• Work with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation.
• Work directly with Epic end users, monitor workflows, provide documentation and optimization suggestions.
• Lead meetings regarding project status and ongoing work-product coordination.
• Attend corporate functions as a representative to meet prospective consultants and solidify relationships with clients and Nordic coworkers.
