Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, education, healthcare, or training support preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training rooms and verify equipment is functional.
• Welcome learners and assist with sign-in and attendance.
• Help learners log into Epic Training, Zoom, and related systems.
• Escalate technical issues to the Training Team.
• Support Epic readiness and training initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
