Job summary

The Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. seeks an IT Training & Optimization Analyst to design and deliver training for EPIC and other clinical systems, helping staff adopt enhancements and improve workflows in partnership with OSUWMC.

Under supervision, you will assess training needs, deliver sessions to diverse audiences, coordinate change communications, and develop strategies that support safe, efficient use of patient-care technology.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a clinical field, information systems, or related area.
• 1–2 years of experience with an electronic medical record or system.
• Epic build certification within 6 months of hire if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and analyze existing workflows to design effective training.
• Deliver training to staff and physicians, including new hires and refresher sessions.
• Coordinate system change communications and keep end users informed of updates.
• Assist in development of change management strategies and training plans.
