Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve Epic-focused training programs for nurses.
- Lead onboarding for First Year Nursing Experience and ongoing education initiatives.
- Partner with Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Operations, and IS teams to address learning needs.
- Create scalable training environments and curricula for EHR applications.
- Incorporate change management, go-live support, and end-user education into programs.
- Assess training effectiveness, manage resources, and maintain training records.
