Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or education with at least 2 years in healthcare education/training.
• Experience training clinicians in healthcare settings.
• Certified in at least one Epic module or commit to certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement education and training for clinical information systems.
• Develop curricula, guides, and competency testing for Epic workflows.
• Provide go-live support and change management communications for clinical staff.
