Job summary

My3tech is seeking an experienced leader to head our enterprise Epic training program, shaping training strategy, curriculum, staff readiness, and effectiveness across Epic implementations, upgrades, and workflow changes.

You will lead a team of trainers, coordinate curricula, assess readiness with governance groups, and report metrics to Epic leadership while standardizing processes across multiple clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimizations experience required.
• Experience leading enterprise Epic training teams and curricula development.
• Ability to coordinate training for upgrades and new functionality.
• Strong leadership, governance collaboration, and readiness planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Epic training team and operations.
• Develop and maintain enterprise Epic training strategies and standards.
• Coordinate training for Epic upgrades and workflow changes.
• Partner with application managers, clinicians, and leadership to assess needs.
• Establish training plans, schedules, and readiness milestones.
• Monitor training effectiveness and user feedback; take corrective actions.
• Ensure content aligns with Epic workflows and policies.
• Support go-live and post-go-live training activities.
• Standardize training processes across facilities with diverse environments.
• Provide regular status reporting and risk recommendations to leadership.
