You will design e-learning modules, build curricula, and deliver end-user training to staff ensuring adherence to patient safety and workflow requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health, IT, or related field.
• EpicCare Ambulatory Certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT training.
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and patient care processes.
• Strong communication and curriculum development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training environment builds, develop e-learning modules and curricula.
• Deliver end-user training for Epic and related clinical systems.
• Develop training plans aligned with IT project schedules.
• Create training manuals, exercises, and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with analysts to implement training on new features.
• Lead training maintenance and monitor training quality.
