Job summary

Saint Francis Connect, LLC in Tulsa, OK seeks an Epic Principal Trainer to develop and maintain Epic curricula, build and test training environments, and deliver training to end users across multiple learning styles.

You will educate and mentor other trainers, coordinate trainer availability and resources with the Training Team, and ensure compliance with patient safety, HIPAA, Joint Commission, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Epic certification in assigned module(s) is required/maintained.
• 0–6 months related experience.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office for training materials, interoffice communication, and document exchange.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong teaching abilities, healthcare context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Epic training (classroom, 1:1, computer-based, JIT).
• Set up training in classrooms or at-the-elbow in workplaces.
• Plan and implement programs to meet patient safety, data management, HIPAA, CHI policies and procedures, Joint Commission, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate problem solving related to Epic usage and coordinate with IS and steering groups.
• Participate in meetings, quality initiatives, and committees.
