Bryan Health seeks a training specialist to develop, deliver and optimize application training for workflow and design. You will create and maintain training materials, build training environments and train super users and classroom trainers.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership and application analysts to ensure proficiency and adoption of the electronic health record and related systems. Epic training certification required within four months of hire.

• Designs and provides comprehensive, quality educational material.
• Masters the application and related workflows to ensure effective training.
• Builds, tests and maintains the training curriculum and environment; delivers post-live training.
• Leverages processes and workflows to improve training materials and outcomes.
• Delivers ongoing training and new user onboarding, supporting go-live.
