Job summary

Enloe Medical Center is seeking an Information Services Epic Training Intern who will provide training and customer support for the Epic electronic health record system. The intern will lead instruction for users and assist during go-live support.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a relevant academic program.
• Experience in software implementations and training program design is desired.
• Prior experience in a health-care related setting and training with an EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-classroom instruction for Epic application roles.
• Provide customer support for Epic training.
• Develop and maintain training materials.

Skills

Ability to learn Epic Module functionality

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education

Currently enrolled in a two or four year program in IT, Education or Healthcare related field
