Job summary

Enloe Health is seeking an Information Services Intern - Epic to support Epic training and end-user education at our Chico, CA site. The intern will handle classroom instruction, create and maintain training materials, and assist with go-live support for Epic users.

The role requires enrollment in an IT/Healthcare program and provides opportunities to credential in Epic modules, with travel to other Enloe sites as needed. Per diem, part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a two or four year program in IT, Education or Healthcare related field.
• Experience participating in software implementations and training program design is desired.
• Experience in a health-care related environment and providing training with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) is preferred.
• Experience in providing technical or customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead instruction and competency testing for Epic End Users.
• Provide tutorials or special audience training.
• Assist with go-live support for Epic end users during activation periods.
