Job summary

Nordic seeks an EHR Site Specialist to train and support Epic (CarePATH & ConnectCare) end users across facilities. You will diagnose learning needs, design targeted interventions, and partner with IT to resolve issues while ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Training materials and knowledge bases will be expanded to improve workflow efficiency. You will also generate actionable insights from user interactions, maintain documentation in ServiceNow, and travel as needed to support

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic modules and end-user training.
• Ability to diagnose learning needs and design coaching sessions.
• Familiarity with IT support processes and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Epic training per onboarding requirements.
• Prioritizes Epic requests and guides issue resolution.
• Provides one-on-one coaching and builds learning interventions.
