Avispa MedOps seeks an Epic Training Coordinator in San Francisco to administer LMSs (SumTotal, HealthStream, Cornerstone) and coordinate Epic training schedules and records across the health system.

You will collaborate with HR, operations, and training teams to support onboarding, residents, fellows, and students, while troubleshooting LMS issues and generating reports for leadership. Hybrid work available.

Formación

• Experience administering and supporting LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, SumTotal, or similar.
• Experience managing training content and curricula, troubleshooting LMS issues, developing reports, gathering requirements, and supporting end users.
• Intermediate knowledge of LMS platforms, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and HTML.
• Knowledge of software design, with testing and test planning skills.
• Experience with healthcare training or large-scale learning environments preferred.
• Must complete full medical clearance for onsite or hybrid work.

• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

A leading medical institution seeks an Epic Training Coordinator to administer learning management systems and coordinate Epic training schedules and records across its health system.

Epic Training Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Administer and support SumTotal, HealthStream, Cornerstone, and other learning management systems (LMS) that house and report all Epic training records, managing training content and curricula so training is documented properly for onboarding new hires, residents, fellows, and students and for provisioning electronic health record access.
• Collaborate with clinical and business operations, Human Resources, and the training team to develop new hire, upgrade, project, and go-live training schedules across multiple medical center, children's hospital, campus, and community partner locations.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues, provide excellent customer service to end users, track issues and follow up as appropriate, and develop reports.
• Analyze business practices, processes, and problems, gather business requirements, create and validate system specifications, and develop solutions that may involve process design, data and information architecture, user interface design, software development, or policy and procedural changes.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and end-user acceptance testing, develop training materials for system implementation, work with tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office, and may lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.

Epic Training Coordinator Qualifications:

• Experience administering and supporting learning management systems such as Cornerstone, SumTotal, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing training content and curricula, troubleshooting LMS issues, developing reports, gathering business requirements, performing system testing, and supporting end users.
• Intermediate knowledge of related IT areas, including LMS platforms, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and HTML.
• Knowledge of software design, with demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
• General knowledge of the business processes of systems training departments.
• Experience with Zoom and classroom technology is preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare, Epic training, or other large-scale learning environments is preferred.
• Must be able to complete full medical clearance for onsite or hybrid work.

Shift:

• Hybrid: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends, onsite at multiple locations as needed, such as The Embarcadero, Mission Bay, Parnassus, Oakland
