You will deliver virtual coaching, lead onsite trainings, and collaborate with IT, training, and operations teams to improve workflows while maintaining patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two years healthcare or IT training experience.
• Strong instructional and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual coaching and real-time end-user support.
• Lead onsite training events.
• Analyze system data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Document caregiver feedback for continuous improvement.
