Job summary

WellSpan Health in Chambersburg, PA seeks a Physician Informatics Training and Support Liaison to train physicians and APCs on Epic and related systems, and to lead education programs. You will provide real-time end-user support, build curricula, and collaborate with Epic Principal Trainers to optimize workflows and satisfaction.

The role requires Epic Credentialed Trainer status within 60 days, plus clinical healthcare tech experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BSN or health-related field or related education/technology preferred.
• Epic Credentialed Trainer certification required within 60 days.
• 3 years relevant experience; 1 year healthcare app support in a clinical setting required.
• Complete trainer training and pass assessments with 85% and present lesson within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proficiency with physician/APC workflows in EHR and supporting systems.
• Provides real-time end-user support on-site and via remote tools.
• Leads Epic educational services programs as trainer/facilitator.
• Coordinates communication with stakeholder departments and learning initiatives.
• Utilizes help desk ticketing to track and close system tickets.
• Evaluates learning programs and suggests improvements to learning outcomes.
• Maintains system educational/training records and ensures compliance.
• Supervises, trains and orients staff; supports personnel performance actions.
