Job summary

• Experience configuring and supporting Epic applications in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into Epic configurations and reporting.
• Experience with testing, training, deployment, and post-live support.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic builds.
• Lead project management for system implementations and upgrades.
• Create documentation, specs, logs, and change control artifacts.
• Develop test plans, log defects, and ensure regression coverage.
• Coordinate releases, environments, and go-live support.
• Provide advanced Epic and related app support and training.
