Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic module systems administration experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements and document workflows; support users and create training materials.
• Configure changes in Epic environments to standardize workflows; resolve issues and deploy new functionality.
• Lead small to medium projects; update stakeholders on progress.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve problems.
