Job summary

You will independently manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop automation to improve efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and involvement in upgrades and security initiatives are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Minimum 5+ years as a systems engineer or related role.
• Epic Client Systems Administrator certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day operations of enterprise platforms (applications, servers, storage, networks).
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues across multiple environments with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to design and implementation of new platforms and services.
• Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
• Support security hardening and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical projects.
