Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Belmont, MA is seeking a Business Analyst I to support the Epic Clinical Systems Suite across inpatient, ambulatory, registration, and billing. Under the general direction of the McLean Senior IS Manager, you will troubleshoot issues, capture requirements, support project planning, and help implement system changes and Epic upgrades.

You will provide end-user support, document workflows, and participate in testing and user acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 0-1 year IT experience, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Experience providing end-user support in a healthcare setting.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to document workflows; learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and technical requirements for clinical systems.
• Perform analysis and assist with clinical systems development.
• Conduct application and interface testing and quality assurance.
• Communicate project status to management and team members.
• Provide production support including on-call rotation.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate workflows and coordinate Epic changes.
