Mass General Brigham is hiring an Epic Hospital Billing Application Analyst to support Patient Financial Services and revenue cycle operations. You will implement, maintain, and optimize Epic Hospital Billing workflows while collaborating with leaders, end users, and IT partners to translate operational needs into effective Epic solutions.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and responsive user support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; preferred/required by org.
Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

Provides day-to-day application support for Epic Hospital Billing and related Patient Financial Services workflows.
Triages tickets, investigates issues, identifies root causes, and coordinates resolution or escalation.
Troubleshoots and resolves break/fix issues affecting Epic Hospital Billing functionality.
Collaborates with Patient Financial Services and revenue cycle teams to translate business needs into solutions.
Assists with design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic Hospital Billing workflows.
Develops and executes testing plans for application changes and updates.
