Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks a detail-oriented Business Analyst I to support the Epic Clinical Systems Suite across inpatient and ambulatory settings. You will collaborate with McLean and Mass General Brigham eCare stakeholders, document requirements, and assist with testing and UAT.

The role requires a Bachelor1 in a related field (or equivalent experience), strong communication, and the ability to translate user needs into technical requirements.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor1 degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred; 0-1 year in healthcare IT.
• Strong end-user support, problem-solving, and ability to document workflows and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define functional and technical requirements.
• Perform analysis and assist with clinical systems development.
• Perform application and interface testing and quality assurance.
• Communicate project status to management and team members.
• Contribute to scope and objectives for complex projects.
• Independently develop scope for less complex projects.
• Participate on project teams to support timely completion.
• Collaborate with matrixed teams and stakeholders.
• Promote a positive team environment through collaboration and mentoring.
