Job summary

You will gather requirements, craft design documents, perform testing, coordinate releases, and provide go-live support. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years healthcare IT experience are required; Epic certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1–3 years of system/application analysis or related IT experience in healthcare.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of system/application analysis experience in healthcare.
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows desired.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for Epic builds.
• Configure records, master files, and tools per approved design.
• Develop test plans, log defects, and coordinate deployments.
• Provide go-live and post-live support and incident handling.
