Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus seeks a Senior Systems Analyst Epic to design, build, test, train, deploy, and support Epic applications to optimize clinical and operational workflows. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment.
  • Epic application experience and ITIL/SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic build aligned to goals.
  • Create specifications, logs, and design documents for traceability and change control.
  • Manage smaller projects related to system implementations and upgrades.
  • Develop test plans (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects.
  • Coordinate release management, environment moves, and downtime procedures.
  • Provide go-live and post-live support and training.
