Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH, seeks a Systems Analyst Epic to design, build, and support Epic applications, optimizing clinical and operational workflows. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of system/application analysis, support, or related IT experience (healthcare environment preferred).
  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of system/application analysis, support, or related IT experience (healthcare environment preferred).
  • Epic application knowledge and healthcare workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, map workflows, and design Epic build that aligns with goals.
  • Create and maintain specifications, decision logs, and design documents for traceability and change control.
  • Support small projects and enhancements related to system implementations and upgrades.
  • Coordinate release management, environment moves, and downtime procedures for upgrades and patches.
  • Provide go-live and post-live support, including hypercare and Incident management.
  • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure compliant, integrated workflows.
