Responsibilities

• Assists in evaluating operational needs and validates workflows and configurations.
• Designs, develops, documents, and implements success measurements for core and cross-application projects.
• Provides expertise in core and related applications, including prototyping and proof of concept.
• Cultivates and designs innovative solutions with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Researches and analyzes business needs for project implications.
• Supports projects per SLAs and ensures transitions to appropriate teams.
• Serves as liaison between end users, third parties, and application staff.
• Works with owners, SMEs, and technical experts to evaluate interoperability solutions.
• Functions as a technical support to peer and teams.
• Performs other related duties as required.
